Keep raw food frozen until you’re ready to use it. Thaw it in the refrigerator, keep it refrigerated once thawed and use clean bowls and utensils. Wash hands and food-contact surfaces thoroughly after handling, just as you would with raw meat for your family.

If the recipe contains ground bone, do not cook it. Cooked bone can become brittle and unsafe. Our products are intended to be fed according to the preparation instructions provided with each product.

You should be able to feel the ribs without excessive padding and see a defined waist from above. If your dog is gaining or losing too much weight, adjust the daily portion gradually.
